Peter Rukeyser is a managing director at UBS Private Wealth Management in New York, where he advises a select group of ultra-high net worth families and foundations on asset allocation and comprehsive wealth management. Prior to joining UBS, Peter was manging director in Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management group for 14 years. Before attending business school, Rukeyser worked for Prudential Investment Corp in their Leveraged Buyout Group. He received an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 1995 and an A.B. in economics from Harvard College in 1990.
Rukeyser has been named to Barron’s Top 100 financial advisers in America for the last three years. Worth Magazine names Peter to their 2009 Top Advisers List. Research Magazine has recognized him among the top 10 advisor teams in America for the last four years running, and on On Wall Street Magazine has named Peter on its Top Advisers Under 40 List.
Peter is a supporter of Paul Newman’s Hole-in-the-Wall Gang Camps and resides in Rye, New York with his wife and two children.
